• Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise.
  • We have a customer friendly return policy. Any customer not satisfied with the product can return and exchange the product within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • The jewellery should be unused and in the proper form as it was dispatched. All tags should be intact and attached to the jewellery. Customers intending to return the jewellery may please note, that the tags should not be removed from the jewellery. Removal of tag will interpret/denote the jewellery as used.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Please do inform us within 24 hours after receiving the jewellery via mail or call about any kind of damage in the jewellery.
  • All packaging and invoice accompanying the jewellery must be returned in their original state.
  • Customer need to inform via e- mail or call us before shipping back the item to us, after confirmation from us customer should return the item.
  • The customer returning the goods, all the courier and insurance, etc. shall be borne by the customer.
  • After receipt of the parcel, an inspection of the jewellery is undertaken by the company. If the jewellery is found used, or tags are tampered in any way, or any other damage found in the jewellery, Refund shall not be allowed. Decision of PEARLZ OCEAN will be final and binding in this regard.
  • In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by PZO, the value of such product, as originally paid by You during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and PZO or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:
  • Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the current circumstances as determined by PZO
  • For Cash on Delivery payments, you will be provided with a refund cheque.
  • A promo code or discount voucher, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or PZO
  • Please note that the conveyance charges/the shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours before we dispatch it by telephoning or mailing to us. You will need to give as your name and address details, as well as your order number.
  • Any item that have been altered, resized, engraved are non-refundable.
  • If we provide certification to you, the cost of certification is not refundable.
